Koun North Coast Master Plan

Spanning 106 acres, Koun Ras El Hekma was master-planned to create a balanced coastal community surrounded by natural landscapes and extensive water features.

Approximately 85% of the resort is dedicated to natural elements, allowing greenery and water bodies to dominate the landscape and creating a refreshing atmosphere throughout the development.

One of Koun's key features is its extensive waterfront, with approximately 34,000 sqm of beachfront complemented by multiple swimming pools and expansive lagoons.

The resort's lagoons cover around 10 acres, with the residential areas carefully positioned to provide uninterrupted views of the swimmable water features. Beyond their visual appeal, the lagoons also offer residents opportunities for kayaking and can be used to move around different parts of the resort.
