Ogami Sodic Master Plan

SODIC allocated 85% of Ogami’s 440 acres to natural landscapes and amenities, while only 15% is dedicated to the built-up footprint. The master plan was designed by DLR Group, integrating indoor and outdoor spaces while making the most of the resort’s varied elevations.

The development features elevations ranging from 3.5 to 28 meters, creating elevated views across the resort’s water features and coastline.

One of Ogami’s defining features is its 800-meter beachfront, characterized by a fully sandy shoreline with no rocks. The beachfront is divided into distinct areas designed for different experiences:
